2009-2010 Program Continuation
UCI Staff Assembly is pleased to announce its continued collaboration with the School of the Arts.

Purpose
To give staff members entertainment options and build awareness of Claire Trevor School of the Arts events.

Proposed Plan
One event per academic quarter will be selected from each of the performing arts disciplines and made available to the first 50 UC Irvine staff respondents at no charge.

Our 2008 Staff Assembly ticket offers were such a success that we are again offering quarterly specials this 2009-2010 season.

Staff Assembly and the Claire Trevor School of the Arts invite you to take advantage of FREE tickets!

UCI Arts has done it again and created a riveting assortment of events this season aimed to please . . . and offered to you at no cost! This quarter, we are offering seats to UCI Symphony Orchestra concerts, conducted by Stephen Tucker.

Available dates:

Friday, October 30, 2009 at 8:00 p.m. (with a 7:00 p.m. pre-concert conversation)

Saturday, October 31, 2009 at 8:00 p.m.

Friday, December 4, 2009 at 8:00 p.m. (with a 7:00 p.m. pre-concert conversation)

Saturday, December 5, 2009 at 8:00 p.m.

50 complimentary tickets have been set aside for staff to attend any of the performances above. Email requests to David Walker at dwalker@uci.edu. Requests will be filled in the order they are received, while supplies last. Limit 2 per staff member.
