Pancake Breakfast

The Staff Appreciation Committee of the UCI Staff Assembly will host the:

10th Annual Pancake Breakfast
Hosted by Staff Assembly-Appreciation Committee
Monday, March 17th from 6:30-9am @ University Club

Be sure to wear your GREEN!

Staff Assembly has the luck of the Irish and brings the Annual Pancake Breakfast to you on St. Patty's Day.

The menu includes fluffy scrambled eggs, crisp bacon, home fries, green buttermilk pancakes with whip cream, green bagels with cream cheese, fresh fruit, tortillas and salsa, cheese, vegetarian refried beans, (that's not Irish!), granola, soy milk, fresh fruit platter, and of course, coffee, tea, orange juice, and cranberry juice.

The pots of gold (door prizes) will be announced between 7:30 - 8:30a.m. You must be present to win.

No reservations required so come join your fellow leprechauns on March 17th. Wear your Kelly green or suffer "the pinch"...
