  • Excellence in Leadership Award

    UCI Staff Assembly is pleased to announce the Staff Assembly Excellence in Leadership Award Program. The purpose of leadership is to excite others to exceptional performance. Leaders inspire employees to focus their individual talents on the goals of the organization and to contribute at the highest level. Effective leaders are also guardians of the culture and exemplars in living the organizations' values. The prize of good leadership is engaged employees. The UCI Excellence in Leadership Award recognizes these exceptional leaders at all levels.

    Nominations for the 2014 Excellence in Leadership Award are due by April 11, 2014.

    UCI Medical Center Volunteer Services is looking for volunteers who can give just three hours a week for a total commitment of 100 service hours. Work at the UC Irvine Hospital and Medical Center in Orange. “Meet Staff Assembly” is an informational session to learn about the mission of Staff Assembly and all the events and programs it currently sponsors.

Come enjoy Subway sandwiches, snacks and desserts while finding out the many different ways you can get involved.  You will have the opportunity to meet the Staff Assembly Officers, Committee Chairs and members and even have the chance to win a one night stay at the Radisson Newport Beach and other fabulous prizes!  You don’t want to miss this wonderful opportunity!

When: Wednesday, October 17 from 11:00AM - 2:00PM.  Subway sandwiches, snacks and desserts will be available!  Please stop by any time between these hours for any length of time you have.
