The Staff Appreciation Breakfast is an annual event hosted by UCI Staff Assembly. We invite all policy covered staff and represented staff to join Staff Assembly for a morning breakfast at The Anteatery on UCI Campus. No registration is required.

The Anteatery
Join us for a delicious breakfast with a variety of options to chose from. There will be scrambled eggs, chilaquiles, pork sausage links, O’Brien potatoes, waffles, buttermilk pancakes, fruit, hot oatmeal, and a yogurt bar with granola and frozen berries toppings. Vegan options are available for eggs, waffles, and muffins. In addition, there will be an assortment of baked goods of coffee streusels, muffins, banana bread, and donuts. Regular coffee, Vietnamese coffee, and smoothies will also be available.
The selection of food options are subject to change without notice.
